OPTIONS
1. Work alone
In the 12 videos, I share my insights into biographical development and give inspiration and guidance on how to create your own 'Book of my Life'. You can watch the videos on YouTube and do the work at your own pace. 

​2. Work with a TUTOR  in a small group 
In 13 session of 2,5 hours you meet in a small group and will be accompanied by a kind and loving tutor. 
Based on the 12 videos  you create your personal 'Book of my Life', whilst  you benefit from the structure and encouragement of a course. Above all a there is a safe space where you can share your findings and find support. 
The process takes place over a period of 3-4 months. (online / offline)
