The Book of my Life – 13 WEEKLY online SESSIONS of 2,5 hours  

Life themes in Present, Past and Future encourage you to engage with your Biography and develop your spiritual Self.

Every week you will meet your “The Book of my Life” tutor and fellow participants in a small group (max. 12 p.). The Zoom sessions have specific topics and are a lively creation of meditations, inspirational videos*, dialogue, time for the exercises, sharing in breakout rooms, and Q&A.

Key-topics are; to listen within - the importance of questions – crossroads of past and future – 
my family tree & birth – a chapter on love – work, in service of life – fate and fortune – life goes on.

Vera G. Klein
I designed the course and made the *inspirational videos that contain explanations and exercises. This substance is the fundament and you will meet my all-embracing approach on working with your biography in which Asian wisdom and Anthroposophy meet. 

From childhood on I was interested in China and was blessed with many opportunities to teach there. On request and in collaboration with a Chinese partner in 2020, I developed ‘The Book of my Life’.  From Summer 2022 the program has been offered online a in Mandarin and many have benefitted; many moving stories have been shared. Now this program is available in English! Thanks to tutor June Xu.

June Xu will be your host in the course. She is an experienced “The Book of my Life” tutor. Her capacity of co-operation contributed to the development of the program.

June is IMO Organizational Development and Leadership Development Consultant, ICF Individual and Team Development Coach. Ten years of working experience in early childhood education in China and the United States, deeply influenced by postmodern educational concepts, social construction theory, phenomenology, Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism, and Anthroposophy.

She is driven to support the development and transformation of individuals and organizations. Her desire is to build healthy, dynamic, and effective communities and teams, always exploring "how to create a campus environment where students, teachers and parents can grow together".
